We’re growing and looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can help us execute and optimize day-to-day marketing activity across channels, someone who thinks in terms of outcomes, not just tasks.

About the Role

You’ll support and manage digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, content, social, email, and web, with a focus on driving leads, revenue, and brand lift. This is a hands-on role: you’re in the platforms, looking at the data, and recommending the next move. You’ll work closely with strategy, creative, and web to turn ideas into live campaigns and live campaigns into results.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Assist in planning and launching multichannel campaigns (paid search, paid social, email, content, landing pages, etc.).

  • Monitor daily/weekly performance, recommend optimizations, and document results.

  • Support targeting, keyword research, creative/copy variations, and budget pacing.

  • Coordinate with design/content teams to ship ads, assets, and landing pages on time.

Content & Social

  • Help build content calendars and social content for key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

  • Collaborate on messaging, hooks, and positioning for campaigns and posts.

  • Pull performance insights (engagement, shares, clicks) and suggest next steps.

SEO & Web

  • Assist with on-page SEO best practices (metadata, headers, internal links, keyword alignment).

  • Support basic technical checks (site speed flags, index issues, broken links).

  • Work with the web team on landing page updates, CRO improvements, and tracking.

Email & Lifecycle

  • Help build email campaigns and nurture flows (welcome, lead follow-up, webinar promo, etc.).

  • QA links, segmentation, and deliverability basics.

Reporting & Insights

  • Pull platform data (GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ESP).

  • Maintain dashboards/scorecards for active campaigns.

  • Turn metrics into “here’s what this means and what we should do next.”
     

You’re a Fit If You

  • Have 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency, startup, in-house, or freelance).

  • Are comfortable inside core marketing tools: GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email platforms, etc.

  • Understand basics of SEO and are willing to go deeper.

  • Can write or edit short-form marketing copy (ads, landing page headlines, social captions).

  • Are proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

  • Communicate clearly — in writing, in a deck, in a quick call.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with B2B lead gen or eCommerce growth.

  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) or comfort briefing creative.

  • Experience with events/webinars and promotion funnels.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRMs, or lead routing.
